YAY! Finally have my LJ up! Decided to switch over to LJ because of the wonderful communities and friends. This LJ will just be for me to post random stuff about my life, my obsessions, things of interest. Feel free to leave me comments/ideas/greetings/flames/notes.. =whatever=, I'll read ANYthing.
Quick list of what I've been up to in the last week:
+ Sat 28/10: Went Man Mo Restaurant in Docklands for Grams birthday. Brought the entire hoard of kids with us. The 11 of us had this *huge* square table with comfy couch-y chairs. ^^ [I really like couchy chairs for those who don't know.] The food wasn't exceptional but points were given for originality in the dishes.
+ Sun 29/10: Took Fi with me to pick up Grams birthday cake from St.Albans, we had all the cousins over after dinner for cake and photos... except my camera was playing up and we didnt get to take that many. =(
+ Tue 31/10: Stayed up till 7am watching "Nobuta wo Produce" on YouTube.
+ Thu 2/11: Stayed up till 4am-ish with Fi, browsing DA.
+ [the entire week]: I sat down numerous times to redo my KnK readings for next weeks exam. Every single time, I got sidetracked and started prcrastinating. So therefore, to answer your questionsurealistic_des, No, I haven't gotten any study done. T_T
Fangirling mode [read at own risk]:
My newest obsession (and I really mean OBSESSION): ... KAT-TUN!! & various other Juniors from Johnny's.. Ok, so this is how it started. I first found out about them I think a couple of years ago from a friend of my cousin's. At the time, I wasn't really into the whole JPop thing 'quite' yet. She was a fan of Akanishi Jin [squeals] ..ahem, and I remember sort looking them up, but it didn't really hook my interest. Not until about a couple of weeks ago,maiaki happened to let me listen to KT songs on her mp3 during Chinese. My reaction? .... I LIKE! Ever since then I have scoured YouTube, watched a gazillion videos, joined forums, downloaded/ing JDramas, and cried over the fact that Jin is gone for 6 months (which in my opinion is WAY too long, but then I may be biased).
Honestly though I think they are a wonderful group with a great rapport and many many talents. It doesnt hurt that I think they are hot (glad they got rid of all the bleach from their younger years) and very funny too.
Maggie I blame you! XD And don't worry Des, I still like Yuu-chan (and Aiba-chan) but its just that KT are currently eclipsing that aspect at the moment. And I do agree with you about Yuu-chan's singing.
Ok, I'm hungry.. gonna go cook. Oh! Good luck Maggie-chan & Nessa-chan on your Media exam! [Di, you HAVE to show me any pics you draw of Tezuka!]

Well, for me my PoT fandom is still going... am in love with Tezuka's VA's voice.. damn he sings nice.. :) and Kazuki Kato is a good singer too... but yes.. Aiba-chan is just cute <33333333
Hahahaha.... I will show you...just remind me its a bitch I tell you... Kikumaru's hair was similar to Tezuka's though... *cough*

Gyah! Yes I am TOTALLY obsessed with KAT-TUN! I don't remember the last time I was "this" obsessed with something. It's kinda scary to thing about it. You have NwP?! Up to 7?! T_T I'm still d/l it. It's at about 40%.
Hahaha, I'm still into the PoT fandom.. just not as enthusiastic about it atm. And yes Aiba-chan is cho kawaii <33
