I've set a record to my bandwidth use. It's the 16th and I'm already capped. *sighs* I'm beyond help, I am. Currently at Fi's leeching bandwith with permission.

Not much to write about except, unfortunately for me, I was not accepted into Monash this semester. Disappointed but sort of expected. Feel quite at a loss though. So I'm currently looking for work to raise some cash. And I'm determined to get in, no matter how long it takes. I will try again next semester. Once I find a job, I'll probably join lveaddkt at the Jap school in the city to keep up my Jap studies.

Not much else to talk about so I shall fill up this post with memes. ♥ Ice Musk aroma sticks. I aired out my room today since I've been working in the kitchen so my room hasn't been properly used for a while. Discovered a little box of my old aromatherapy stuff. My oil burner is broken so I used my aroma sticks instead.
♥ FNS. Haven't watched everything yet but the things that stuck in my mind so far are:
+ Aoyama Thelma's performance. I love that girl and that song and it was so pretty.
+ ayaka's Okaeri performance. So powerful, although the pianist girl freaked me out a bit.
+ NEWS cracking up at Yamajima Biyoushi's performance. Is that what they're called? Tunnels and DJ Ozma in drag? xD
+ Kamiji Yusuke nearly throwing his mic in the Arajin medley.
+ The Ponyo song. The girl is just too adorable. Love that you see people like Exile, Ogu-san, Tokio etc popping along. :D

That's it. Been having an off day. Feeling not so good. Off to bed now.

♥ Getting a lot of shopping today. Came home with a printer (although not the original one I wanted but still good) and shredder for mum, and stacks of cheap blank dvd's. :D
♥ Having new printer, well multifunction, means I can start scanning again! Yay~ :D Watch for scans from me!
♥ Air conditioning.
♥ Had the yummiest okonomiyaki and yakitori for lunch. Cheap too.
♥ Oh, and frozen coke. :D
♥ Going out to celebrate a younger cousin's 11th birthday at dinner later. Woot free food. Haha.

♥ Not feeling as scared about the JLPT at the moment, so I'm reveling in the feeling atm. I may start to hyperventilate right before it though, just a warning to cierra_james and lveaddkt. Ness, you know how I get. XD Shall do a little more study after dinner.

I watched VS Arashi and 2 G no Arashi's this morning was super happy cuz they were all so cute but then I got the mail and now I'm not so much. I'm not in the mood to do the proper flailing anymore. Will have to take a raincheck with that.

Just not a good day for me I think. I got a mass spam of job rejections, and some complication has come up that's cut off my only source of income. So now, not in the best of moods. I think I'm gonna go for a walk and then come back and immerse myself in some drama marathon and junk food. I'll do that today then tomorrow I'm gonna apply for twice as many jobs and study twice as hard for the JLPT. Yep, that's what I shall do.

I hope everyone else is having a good day though.

I will just accept that I suck as a proper blogger and that irregular, sporadic posts is just what I do. Also, I'm sorry I have been a horrible LJ friend lately. I haven't been commenting much at all, I'm sorry. I read them all but I don't know what to say. I've been feeling very lost about a few aspects of my life lately and fandom is one of them. I'm working on it. Hopefully, things will pick up.

♪ Uni starts again tomorrow. I don't know what I want to do about it. I'm so fed up with it. I'm getting nowhere with my degree, I keep failing subjects cuz I have no drive to complete them. I'm just wasting my time and money. I think I might see this semester through then defer to work full time. I know I need a degree, but I can see that pushing through this degree, especially at VU, is not going to get me anywhere. Everything is all up in the air, I haven't made up my mind fully on anything yet. Feeling really lost.

I'm not really -back- back, but I'm a uni with another 3 hours to kill so I thought I may as well post. ...Hmm, I guess you can take this as me coming back? Even though this is waaaaaay earlier than I thought it'd be. (I mean, come on, who officially announces hiatus and then posts 3 days later?). We'll just take this as a boredom post, while still on semi-hiatus or something ok.

I've been at uni since 8.30am. I do not have class till 1pm. All for free parking, how screwed up is that? I should be doing some Jap catch up work, but I'm barely awake and functioning so yeah.

RL has been mediocre or sucky with some spazzy days thrown in between thanks to fandom, not really much to talk about. I'm failing a Chinese subject again. I failed last year and I really don't know what I'm gonna do if I fail it again. Will I lose my place in the course? My exchange change? I don't even know. I don't want to think about it though. I'll just fall deeper into depression.

But thankfully, fandom has been absolutely awesome these past few weeks to make up for my sucky RL. Since most of it old news, I'll just put a little list of the things that have made me squealed/happy in fandom:
{&} Summer Time PV & Performance. The smiles and the dorkiness has been putting smiles on my face for the past weeks.
{&} Queen of Pirates. 'Nuff said. This is probably what broke my main hiatus. I am just dying for this album to come out. SIX SENSES!
{&} Don't U Ever Stop PV preview. lveaddkt called me at 8.30am in the morning to spazz about it. I was still sleeping. xD Can't wait for the full thing. Anyone know when it's due to air? I can't find any info on it from Johnnys.net. I will slot my love for the solo's in here too. I dun even know why. ♥ xD

{&} Ohkura on the latest Janiben. So adorb. ♥
{&} The Spring drama season. Unexpected love: Osen. I love it. So frikken gorgeous. I love Uchi and Aoi is so good in her role. I've tried everything I said I'd watch, except Hokaben (and Change but that's cuz it hasn't aired yet). Shige looks hot in those specs but I haven't got the space to download it yet. I'm liking Miura in Gokusen 3 too. Rookies was much better than I anticipated. I bawled watching the first ep. I was watching it on the kitchen table. Grams was cooking and looking at me like "WTF is wrong with you!?". xD I love Last Friends too. I have bawled my eyes out in every ep except the 1st, which I think is due to all the previews I watched more than anything. I managed to catch the last 15 or so minutes of last night's ep and I was crying and my door was open and mum could hear my all the way down the hall in the living room. Also another "WTH are you doing?!" moment. I seem to have a lot of those at home.

Ok, and probably a million other little things which have slipped my mind.

First off, I really like my chinese name and wanted to incorporate it into my username. My chinese name is 林翠縁. Each characters meanings are: 林 means woods/forest; 翠 is a character of jade; and 縁 means 'fate'. Well any combo of jade+fate ended up sounding strange.. so I made a list of words I liked and just mixed and matched. In the end I chose my favourite season 'autumn' and added 'jaide' to it. I added in the 'i' cuz I like the spelling. I'd like to thing if I had the name Jaide as a middle name it would be spelt like that. So yeah.. a little random.

This meme's been going around for awhile and I've seen lots of people do it, so I tag anyone who wants to who hasn't already. ♥

I am *very* annoyed right now. Everything seems to have it in for me. I've been trying to download the flood of dramas since this morning but -everything- hates me. CB, BT, DDL. Nothing. Am very pissed right now. I had HanaKimi on CB up to 40% but it stopped and reset to 0% then refused to move. Same with EVERYTHING else. I swear I give up until people up it to LJ. /end rant. (This woulda been a lot worse a rant had I written it up an hour earlier. But I'm so drained now I can't be bothered.)
