Lol I can't stop thinking "CUTE!!" when watching the preview to NEWS' Koi no ABO PV. Can't wait til the PV is released. The dance moves make me XD ♥ Love 'em.
ETA: Just listened to the full Koi no ABO rip from Recommen and I wasn't paying much attention until I suddenly went O.O OMFG TEGOSHI! Such a voice. <3 It's a catchy song. Despite the weird subject. ^^;

Woke to huge claps of thunder and lightning and torrential rain this morning. Haven't had such a big thunderstorm in Melbourne in ages. Feeling like Melbourne getting even more out of whack. First earthquakes now torrential thunderstorms? Strange. I'm not complaining bout the storms though, just wondering. We need all the rain we can get and I love watching storms.

*sighs* Off to do my mountain load of chores before meeting maiaki, lveaddkt and surealistic_des in the city for tea.

Johnny Kitagawa said that Uchi's suspension hasn't weakened his skills, but Kitagawa will make a decision based on these concerts as to whether Uchi will remain solo or go on as part of a group.

& At this point, I'm wondering if I'd like to see Uchi return to NEWS/Eito. I haven't thought too hard about it just yet, but I'm liking NEWS as they are at the moment. To have Uchi go back but not Kusano would be strange. I think I'd like to see Uchi go back to Eito though. I just hope it doesn't mean that there's a chance that Johnny will make him a part of a new group altogether.

& Have listened to [color] once through so far, and I really like it. Doing lots of driving today so I plan to make a CD and play it all day in the car. Haven't heard it enough yet to pick a favourite favourite but I do love a lot of the songs. Snow Express and Towa Iro no Koi is amazing and I can't even express the love I have for them for releasing them. I love those songs so much. Really liked both the very first time I heard them. I think I decided I liked Ryo's ordinary within the first 10 seconds. He hadn't even started singing yet. I -really- like it. And I had heard Smile Maker before the rips came out and liked it but when I listened to it carefully yesterday it reminds me a lot of GReeeeN for some reason. It doesn't sound like a NEWS song at all to me. Of course as expected, MOLA and Murarisuto brought giggles from me. xD But I quite like MOLA. Umm.. I finally understood where Murarisuto comes from. "Mura-mura" is the onomatopoeia for being horny/turned on. >.<; I'm -really- curious now to know what the performance is like. xD I haven't heard the others enough for them to leave an impression on me, except I thinking Kesenai is omg 6 minutes long but Tego vocals are pretty and well Massu's-super-long-titled-song-I'm-only-calling-Give&Take is reaaally poppy. xD

& Lol this week's Janiben is once again feeling quite empty with Ryo & Ohkura missing. But seeing Yasu-Maru-Hina try to act out a female Kabuki role was quite hilarious. I don't think Subaru actually said a word during that entire episode actually, now that I think about it.

★　There is a chook on the loose on our street. I was sitting in the kitchen eating lunch when all of a sudden I hear clucking noises, only to look outside and see a big white rooster strutting around on our lawn. Mum tells me it's been up and down the street all morning. Our neighbour later comes over and asks whether we know anyone in the neighbourhood who owns chickens 'cause there's a chicken straying in her garden. I kid you not. I have pictures but for some reason my card refuses to let me transfer to the comp so I can't post them.

★　From the Gyao scans I grabbed off watchful21. This is what I got from the information on the tracks off 「ｃｏｌｏｒ」 :

♥ Yamashita's solo 「ＭＯＬＡ」 is completely written in English lyrics with the lyrics illustrating a love affair. The danceable sound incorporating black taste, (ブラックテイスト) [what the hell is that?!] exactly depicts the 「ＭＯＬＡ」 (meaning sexy-cool) ambience. It's a piece that shows a new side of him that no one ever knew.
♥ Nishikido's solo 「ｏｒｄｉｎａｒｙ」 is a guitar solo that is sang with a voice overwhelming with power. Composed and written by the person himself, it freely demonstrates the charm of "artist Nishikido Ryo". 彼らしい”ありのままの言葉で届けばいい”というメッセージは、心に真っ直ぐ刺さってくる。 -> No matter what I tried, I couldn't get this sentence to translate properly into english, can anyone help?
♥ And the continuation (!?)* from 『ｐａｃｉｆｉｃ』's 'Chirarizumu', Koyama and Kato's 'Murarisuto'. Singing enthusiastically of the secret intentions of which only males understand, this song is overflowing with the party-like sound.
♥ 'Minna ga iru sekai wo hitotsu ni ai wo motto give & take shimashou' this song with a lo~ng title basically with the meaning 'the world needs more love' is sang by Masuda & Yamashita & Koyama (which Masuda taking lead vocals). A super showy pop tune sang with splashy like voices. A song which is spot on for Masuda who always favours bright smiles.
♥ 'Forever' - an R&B number of earnest memories with sweet harmonies.
♥ 'Kesenai' - a(n) broken hearted/unrequited love song using an answering machine as a motif sang by Tegoshi & Nishikido & Kato.

{★} Just dying to see the Taiyou no Namida PV. The Zoomin Preview is driving my nuts. I wanna squeel at the rain and the clothes and the dancing and dorky!Pi in glasses, with the papercups again. Can't wait. Am stalking CB now. (I will ignore the fact that yamaperfection posted caps from the PV. If I ignore it, it will stop taunting me. Y/y?)
ETA: OMG OMG I -SWEAR- I'm waiting patiently for the full PV. I SWEAR. No one can see me fuss and fidget and go-nearly-insane from refreshing. So yeah, totally waiting patiently. asdfjkla;!

{★} I'm loving Kame right now. 1Pound and all his recent promos has made me love him so much more than I did. He was so cute in the Making of Lips. I loved his and Koki's little acapella jam session with Nakamaru. I uploaded it (streaming) for anyone who's interested.

{★} The thought of a KAT-TUNxKanjani8 Cards Tournament makes me super happy. By this I mean, Nakamaru said on Hey!x3 that before Countdown, Jin, Junno, Yoko, Hina, Subaru and Toma all hung out at his place and played cards for like 6 hours between rehearsals and the real thing. Anyone wanna write me fic? *innocent smile*

{★} I received a package from ihearyourtears today! Thank you! Totally unexpected, and totally made my day. I absolutely love getting mail, you should see me when I get mail. Much love to everyone who sent me something! And lots of love to everyone else, I hope you all received my cards properly. Knowing me, I could've put the wrong address or something.
Thank you to acchikocchi, who not only sent me a card, the card contained Pin ficlet. Totally awesome. Thank you to nozomi_chan, who sent an awesome metal beaded Chrissie deco with her card. Thank you so much also to chibi_news, mainichi_muri, surealistic_des who sent me hand-made cards. Totally beats my hastily store-bought ones. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. {★} I finally got my hands onto all my holiday photos! Fi came by with her laptop after work and transferred them all over to me. Guess what? One month = 4500+ photos = ~3.8Gigs. I think it'll take me awhile to organise it out enough for me to start posting. I mean, over four THOUSAND. Just.. I had no idea. Plus a couple hundred were deleted both on the trip and when we came back. Well, I swear I will get to it as soon as I have time after Chinese New Year.

{★} Oh, also: Had dinner and a beach trip with the uni friends the other night. I seriously don't know where she gets it, since they aren't released for another FOUR days, but again, I'm forever grateful. *Stares* Seeing the inevitable influx of icons already.

So once again, I disappeared for a week. God I'm so lazy to post. Gomen ne, minna~ Very random entry this will be.

{&} I mentioned in my last proper post that I was going to see Rove. Well that was fun. Went with lveaddkt, David & Fiona. Gomen na, surealistic_des, maiaki. They sorta invited themselves, I would've ask you guys too but I only had the 2 free tickets. The new studios are certainly easier to get to this year. Rove as usual was awesome, it was funny and witty. The *much* smaller audience this year, sorta tripped me out though. Rose Byrne is very pretty in person. Danny Bhoy was VERY hilarious. If I had money, I would totally go to see him at the Melb Comedy Fest. All in all a good night. (Even though we scoured the city at 10.30pm trying to find something to eat that *wasn't* fast food.)

{&} I cut my hair. I couldn't take it anymore. I had planned to cut it on Friday (after my proper birthday but before my party), but after waking up and trying to run my hand through my hair, only to get it STUCK at the end because it was so dead and ratty. Well yeah, that decided it. Since Fi got a cut, I thought, hell, I may as well too since Mum's free (I think I've mentioned before that Mum's a hairdresser yes?) Yup well, I chopped off... 20cm.. that's about 7 inches.
I had hair up to my waist, I hadn't had a real cut in years. Thought a change would be nice.
Wanna see? Here's a before pic. surealistic_des likes to take random shots which we aren't aware of. This was from 2 weeks ago. This is what my hair looks like now. The photos crap since I quickly took it with my webcam about 10mins ago. The strange bulge isn't the style, it's just that I had just taken it out of a ponytail. But yeah, I'm having fun playing with the shorter and ponytail and shorter bits cuz Mum gave me more defining layers. XD Ok, that's enough with the hair.

{&} 3 more days till I turn 21! *hyperventilates* I finally sent out my invites today. I'm so lazy, been procratinating everything this week. I originally had Yamapi on my invite banner, but thought I might trip out my RL friends so decided against it. I'll post that banner on my actual birthday~

{&} Propose Daisakusen starts tonight. Lol couldn't resist, fandom snuck in. Am suuuper nervous, but anxious to see it. Have the first ep of Junno's and Koki's drama but haven't watched it yet. Plan to get Liar Game in the next couple of days.

{&} My Real Face con DVD was shipped 2 days ago~ I watched the rips though... and found it.. boring? *hides* I feel horrible. I was super tired when I watched it with Jen and fell asleep, and then I watched it again today with Fi... and it just didn't appeal to me. Maybe I'll feel differently after some decent sleep and my shiny DVD arrives. cartoon KAT-TUN II YOU. I downloaded the album rips to see what the new songs were like.. but I only scanned through them and can't really remember anything cuz Fi was here distracting me. BUT I DO remember that I love Kame's solo. Just. LOVE. ♥

{&} Yamapi's J-webs amuse me to no end. Especially when he says something totally unexpected. Makes my brain go haywire. Lots and LOTS of food, member ai, showers, supponpon hot springs trips.. XD Ah Pi, you never fail to make my day with your Jwebs.

{&} I. Want. To. Go. To. Their. Concert. So. BAD!

{&} Went to Kanga last Thursday. Totally blew my budget and bought 5 mags. FIVE! Taka-san is EVILLLLL! He totally knows what buttons to push with me. I was originally only gonna get May issues of Potato/WinkUp/Duet. Then I saw Seventeen and was thinking of slipping that in. BUT then Taka-san had to ask me for my opinion on Kindai (he's stocking it for the first time, and I was SUPER amused and happy that he unwrapped the plastic to ASK me for my opinion. XD) AND AND when I was LEAST expecting it, he pulled out GYAO~! I mean, OMG! Goodbye money! So I have 5 shiny mags. If I get my essay finished, I might scan Kindai (since Gyao's already been scanned) and ONE of the JE mags. Since I haven't scanned anything in awhile. DON'T hold your breath though. I have 2 essays to do, my birthday party to organise AND an 8 minute presentation to attack in the next 2 weeks. I'm *hoping* to scan them though, cuz I want to contribute something for boys_paper's 1st bday on the 25th. ^_^

My Music Fighter just finished downloading and... there was only NEWS' performance of Hoshi wo Mezashite. The actual ep where they are guest-ing (^^;) is actually on air NEXT WEEK (2007.03.23).

If when I come home tonight and no one in the comms have done it yet. I'll upload the performance and edit THIS post with it.

Ja for now~! I'm off to the F1 GrandPrix (despite being *really* sick -_-;; a promise is a promise..)

P.s I got sunburnt yesterday! Now I have a really weirdass tanline on my face from just under my eyes.. and it HURTS! o.O

Sorry for all the little random posts so frequently lately. It's just that there's so much going on in the fandom lately.

Firstly, thanks to game_queen @ news_jpop I was able to order Hoshi wo Mezashite LE at Play-Asia. Although now that I've put the orders through (both at HMV and Play-Asia) I'm getting a little paranoid, as this is my first online shopping experience. But am glad I have those ordered --relieved--.

Hmm started uni yesterday although it's not alot to go on seeing as I only had the 1.5hr Jap lecture. Rocked up late too --grimace-- all mum's fault.. but I won't go into it, as I'll probably end up ranting.

Have a full day tomorrow, 10am - 5.30pm with a 1 hr break at 1pm. Don't know what the classes are gonna be like, and feeling a little aprehensive about a couple. Hope they turn out ok though. *fingers crossed* Oh, and we've already got a kanji test for next Monday but since the kanji are in the tute notes and the bookshop don't have them yet.. we have no idea what kanji we're meant to be studying. Just great. I will talk more about uni after I actually see what the classes are like.

Random: I finally got my hands on the Seventeen issue with NewS calendar offshoots. And I was (sorta) reading the caps and went OMG?! Let me explain: Back when us LJ fans got wind of the info that NewS were in LA, a girl from the Soompi forums mentioned that she saw then and spoke to Ryo. Most of you probably remember? She didn't really know who they were but had a chat with Ryo comprising of something along the lines of "Are you Japanese?" "Yes" "Can we take a photo?" And then having the staff yell at them "No photo!" This incident is ACTUALLY printed in the offshoots article in Seventeen~! I mean, I'm probably overreacting (again) but I think that's SOOO cool~! I don't even know how to explain it.

I just think that's cool and had to share. I might try to translate it and post it up. Cuz it's cool~
